• What does WGIS Pro do?

  It runs a lawn company: booking, routes, lawn programs, quotes, invoices and chemical records, in one place.

  Today has a Get set up list. Four steps, top to bottom.

• Can it do snow, or something else besides lawns?

  Snow, yes: storms, push proof and per-push or seasonal billing. Turn it on in Settings, Trades.

• How do I add my crew?

  Go to Team and tap Invite teammate. Pick Office or Tech. They get an email with a link.

• What can my techs see?

  Their own visits, 7 days back and ahead unless you change it. Quotes and invoices stay hidden. Prices stay hidden unless you turn them on.

• Who counts as a seat?

  Anyone who signs in: you, office staff and techs. A pending invite holds a seat until it expires. Clients never use one.

Crew app

• Where is the app?

  You run the company on the web. Crews use it in their phone browser.

• What if there is no signal?

  The web app needs signal to save. If a save fails, try again when you have a bar.

Switching

• What does import look like?

  Drop in your export. You see what will come in, and the few rows that need you, before anything saves.

• Can I move from Jobber, Housecall Pro or Service Autopilot?

  Yes. Clients, services, programs, open invoices and past visits come over from their exports.

• Will you move my data for me?

  For the first 25 founding companies, yes. Send the export and we bring it in.

Plans and payments

• Will my price go up?

  Founding companies keep their price for 24 months. A yearly plan keeps its price for the year you paid.

• What happens after the trial?

  The trial is 30 days with no card. After it, pick a plan to keep sending. Your data stays put either way.

• Do you take a cut of payments?

  No. The platform fee is 0%. You pay Stripe's normal card and bank rates, nothing on top.

Leaving

• How do I cancel?

  Settings, Billing, then Current plan. Cancel there. No call, no contract.

• Can I take my data with me?

  Yes. Download your clients, programs, visits, quotes, invoices, payments, chemical records, client reports, messages and snow records as spreadsheets, plus your photo files, any time. After you cancel you can still sign in and export.
