Who counts as a seat?
Anyone who signs in: you, office staff and techs. Clients never use one.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. The platform fee is 0%. You pay Stripe's normal rates and nothing on top.
Can I pay less in winter?
Yes. Drop seats in the off-season and add them back in spring.
What happens after the trial?
You get 30 days with no card. After that, pick a plan to keep sending quotes and invoices. Your data stays.
Will my price go up?
Founding companies keep their price for 24 months. A yearly plan keeps its price for the year you paid.
How do I cancel?
Settings, Billing, then Current plan. No call, no contract. You can still sign in and export your records.
