Every read and write checks which company you belong to on our server. A browser can never reach the database on its own.
Techs see their stops, not your books
Techs see their own visits, 7 days back and ahead unless you change it. Quotes and invoices stay hidden. Prices stay hidden unless you turn them on in Tech access.
Card and bank numbers never touch us
Stripe holds them. We see the last four digits.
Keys you can turn off
API keys are stored as a fingerprint, not the key. Set an end date or revoke one in Apps. AI apps connect with a sign-in you approve.
Sensitive changes get logged
Key changes, AI app actions, bookings and snow contracts are written to a log.
Your data leaves with you
Download your clients, programs, visits, quotes, invoices, payments, chemical records, client reports, messages and snow records as spreadsheets, plus your photo files, any time. If your plan ends, you can still sign in and export.
