We match LawnPro columns by header name: customer ID, first and last name, company, email, phone, mobile, address, city, state, ZIP, status, lawn square feet, notes and tags. Any other column, such as Balance or Credit On File, is kept in the client notes and listed in the review before anything saves.

Leaving LawnPro

  • No long-term contract. Cancel from your account settings at any time.

  • A backup downloads as a zip of CSV files. It comes with Grow and Plus, and costs $10 a month on other plans.

Past applications and this season

  • Past visits come over as done visits with the date, service, notes, amount and tech. Anything LawnPro writes in a visit note comes with it.
  • Product, rate and EPA number have no column in the visit import, so past applications do not become chemical records here.
  • Keep the LawnPro backup zip. It holds your chemicals and their applications, and it is your record for audits.
  • For rounds already applied this season, enroll the client in the program and set Rounds already done, one client at a time or in bulk. Those rounds are never scheduled or billed again.
