  I had DMT address some issues that occurred over years of heavy snow piles etc. that eventually created a grading issue against the house and the detached garage. I also needed several old yews and dappled willow shrubs removed from the garden beds around the house. They created a swail between the garage and neighbors higher yard fence line, regraded the garden beds against the house after pulling the shrubs, and added a couple of window wells for the basement windows. This resolved those problems immediately. I also had them regrade and lay grass seed to a problem Area behind the garage where an old garden bed was just a weed factory, and rip out an old brick paver patio, and lay a proper brick paver Patio and walkway which they completed with proper drainage stone depth beneath it. They laid mulch on the newly graded beds at the house as well. The crew worked tirelessly and efficiently and not only moved all existing furniture and pots and decor from the work areas but put them all back in place when they were done. I am very pleased with their work and the grass has come in nicely. No more water flowing into my garage, nor any creating seepage into the basement. I have a gorgeous new patio and a new walkway to the patio. When it rains the patio and walkway are pitched so that the water drains away from the house and doesn’t pond on either surface. I would not hesitate to hire DMT again. Their bids come in a bit higher than others, however those others have never given me the quality of work that DMT has. I also have seen what they have done at my neighbors house and I can tell you, they are worth spending the extra dollars!!

  After receiving multiple quotes I had DMT contractors come over and Dave was awesome to work with and price was exactly what I was looking for. They replaced all the drainage around my house and buried my gutters, replaced all my mulch with rock and put all new grass seed down. Crew was very friendly and answered my dozen questions throughout the process. Would hire again!

  Brad and his crew are exceptionally skilled at their craft. My original patio hardscape project evolved into a larger job, and they handled the entire situation with ease. Brad ensured I was informed throughout the process, and he went above and beyond every step of the way. The crew was efficient and meticulous not only with the preparation, pouring and finishing but also with clean-up once the job was completed. I am thrilled with my new patio and driveway and would absolutely hire them again for future projects. 100% recommend. ---------------- Dave and his landscape crew are fantastic. I was excited to have fresh sod installed at my property, and their work exceeded my expectations. The crew did an outstanding job with clearing, grading and ground preparation, and they worked efficiently throughout the entire project. They also made sure the areas around my property were thoroughly tidied up when the job was completed. Thank you DMT crew!

  Honestly awesome company. I used them for Demolition and they got it done. The communication was amazing, I had many questions and they were all answered quickly. My job wasn't easy either, since we kept the foundation and had steel beams in the basement I didnt want damaged. I had a lot to haul away and I was blown away at how efficient and quick they got it done. The backhoe operator was a magician, I'm not joking he was awesome. I expected massive amounts of damage to the foundation of which I was dreading, NOPE very minimal damage to it. I have 1 criticism, maybe I was unclear about it but there was a bush I didnt want damaged that got pulled but thats ok I can always get another. All in all I highly recommend them. I'd add they should be a bit more clear on the web about their demolition services so that it would be easier for people to find. If you your job done quickly and with skill for a great price, definitely contact them.

  Needed to put in a cement slab for my new swim spa and I searched for a cement contractor in our area for the job! So I hired DMT contractors who also happened to handle landscaping work which worked out perfectly for us! I had them replace my old worn out mulch with decorative stone! I chose beautiful river rock and had it placed all around my entire house which added some nice curb appeal to our home! Great job!
