  Contacted Fischer's on short notice for a quick carpet cleaning; they responded immediately, came the next day, very professional, friendly, high quality service. I was blown away at the outcome and how clean and fresh smelling my rooms were. I highly recommend them. Will be using them again! So nice to know someone is close and so reliable with good work ethics!!! Thank you

  Terrible service, terrible communications, terribly unprofessional. We have many locations throughout the Northwoods, and I work with several plowing companies at several locations. In the past, you sign a contract, the company does what the contract says, and everyone is happy. We gave Fischer's Maintenance a chance for our Antigo location. We signed a contract with a one inch trigger, but Fischer's showed up multiple times for just a dusting. After receiving a bill for several thousands of dollars, with no real snow, I contacted the company to talk about the contract that I had signed and to make sure we were on the same page, as all of our other locations were HALF the amount of the bill we were charged. The company agreed that they would wait for that 1 inch trigger, however in one of the first snow storms of the year, they left us buried. We eventually had a local come in and ask if they could plow for us and they completed the work, since Fisher's did not show up for the job. Again, I tried to communicate with the owner, and make sure we were on the same page. During a phone call he actually hung up the phone instead of trying to communicate. The owner is trying to slam the company who rents the building, but that company does not hire the snow removal service, they are simply tenants. Instead of using conflict resolution skills, and treating a customer with respect, Darin Fischer is trying slander the name of the tenants in the building rather than working with their landlord (who has reached our several times) on an issue. Completely unprofessional.

  I called these guys three weeks ago. I was told a few days or next week latest......I'm still waiting! I don't understand why Antigo businesses feel it's okay to ghost customers. This isn't the first time it was done to me. We did not discuss price. Never even came up. I said I was in a bind and needed it done and told you to come out. I then explained in detail where I was. You said you had work in the area and might make it out that week, but certainly the next week. I took that and the fact you knew where I was at, on FAITH. But I should have known when you didn't even ask for my cell number. If you couldn't do it or didn't want to, you tell me THEN, don't say you'll come out and then not. And a couple hundred dollars, is money in your pocket.... no matter how many times.
