    Ryan is great and helped me out during the huge snowstorm with plowing even though I wasnt a current customer.

    I understand the challenges that come with heavy snowfall, but the level of service provided was totally unacceptable especially in terms of timeliness and execution. There were instances where service was not performed at all, resulting in high snow drifts and improperly cleared areas that later turned into ice. Additionally, simply dropping a plow to “shovel” is not sufficient for proper snow removal or maintaining safe conditions. The lack of thoroughness and delayed response created hazardous conditions. Consistent, timely, and complete service is essential, and significant improvement is needed moving forward.
