Hi I came to get my lawn mower repaired so after talk to a sale representative there was a back log on repair and the rep Bob H said maybe you should just buy a new lawn mower and i through to my self he is right so I said to him you are right. So he showed me my wife a really nice toro and we fell in love with it at first sight so we bought that toro it is a really nice machine and with it we could keep our grass cut and not have problems with the city of madison grass cutting codes and we could have other lawn mower repaired done later and not be under a restraint as we wait for repairs to be finished so thinks to heights mobile maintenance inc we were able to make choices.

Consistently tries to oversell or claim products need a new part or motor when actually very little needs to be done. He might be a nice guy sometimes to some people, but reality is be wary about claims of needing news big ticket parts.

Bob’s a great guy. He’s very genuine and helpful. I visited them for my lawn mower repair under warranty and Bob gave me a great suggestion to return it to Costco instead and get a new one. Worked for me. I was so happy that Bob mentioned the option rather than just working on repairing the thing. It was a pleasure to talk to him.

I have used this service for my snowblower and lawn mower (bought from them) for many years. Bob and Josh are wonderful to work with and have often exceeded my expectations. The work they do is top notch and their rates are fair. More importantly, I have come to trust them for their help and recommendations. THANK YOU.

The team at Haight’s Mobile are a perfect example of an EXCELLENT local business. They serviced my lawnmower, ran quality assurance and returned it in outstanding running condition! I had noticed a few things, and during service, they contacted me twice trying to narrow down what I was experiencing. The issue was transitory, and no extra money was charged. Big box stores didn’t even return my calls. Haight’s replied within an hour, serviced and returned my mower better than ever, with a small charge and the blades sharpened! HIGHLY recommended!
