They only took 1 hour to replace a broken deck on 28 inch walk behind mower, under a 3 year warranty, and they even sharpened both blades. No charge. Runs perfectly afterward. Thank you.

Joe's had the mower I was looking for and the person who helped me was very nice and helpful. No complaints about her at all. I bought the mower, but after bringing it home, I realized that they had this mower priced higher than the manufacturers retail price. I knew the manufacturer had the mower on sale for $50 less than retail and I asked about that. They honored the $50 off sale price which was great. When I got home and looked at my receipt, I noticed they charged an additional $20 set up fee. The mower was already on the floor and already set up. In my opinion, the price tag should reflect what the product should cost out the door. If adding oil/gas to a mower costs $20, I should have been asked if I wanted them to set up for me. For $20, I can certainly add oil and gas. Had I known this, I could have gone to another local dealer that had the same mower on sale for the same price, with no set up fee. It's not worth going back for $20, but I do feel they could have been more upfront about the price out the door.

I've been a customer here for several years, and had a generally good experience up until recently. I brought my zero turn in for a yearly service. I was told it would be $175 for labor, oil, and spark plugs. Anything else would be an extra charge and they would have me authorize it beforehand. I got a text saying the service is done so I go to pick it up. Total bill is $260.. when I ask why I got told they replaced the air filter, fuel filter, and sharpened the blades. Which would have been fine if they had done like they said they would have done and had me authorize the repairs. But they'd rather just do the work and force a guy (or gal) to pay. Keep in mind, the $175 quote included having someone come pick the mower up and drop it off. But me being the nice guy I am, said I would trailer it in and pick it up myself so that they can focus more on customers who truly NEED the help and extra customer service. Kind of like an "I scratch your back you scratch mine". Congratulations Joes power center! You being greedy over $85 just ended our ongoing relationship. I've bought a brand new zero turn mower, 2 backpack blowers, a trimmer, fluids, and service for these units . Thousands of dollars. Now I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Get the incompetent crooks out of there and maybe I'll be back.

I spent good money in the spring to have the valve cover gasket replaced on my Cub Cadet tractor and to fix an issue with the blades not engaging. I picked it up and took it home only to find out I couldn’t mow the lawn because the blades still wouldn’t engage. They picked it up and dropped off when they were done. This week, smoke was emitting from the valve cover so I took a look to find two valve cover bolts not completely seated. I called them again and asked them to pick it up and fix what they had already worked on. There was no communication from them as to what the issue was or when I would get my tractor back. I was the one always calling for updates about what the fix was and when I’d get it back. I’ll never take my stuff to them and will make sure my friends and family never take their stuff there for service. Shoddy repair work! This is in response to their response. Yes I appreciate your quick turnaround on my most recent issue but I think the ordinary customer would expect that of a business. When a repair fails you hold the business accountable and I would think said business would stand behind their work. I was told by your service manager today that the valve cover bolts probably weren’t cleaned well enough four months ago when the repair took place. Because of that, the thread sealer for the cover bolts failed and they worked loose over that period of time. Don’t think for a minute you did me any favors. The repair for your failed repair and the quick turnaround is what I would expect from any service department.
