  I had a great experience using LawnStarter, and Willie was the pro assigned to my property. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. He responded quickly to my messages, kept me updated throughout the process, and was more than willing to work around my schedule to make everything convenient. That level of customer service alone made the experience much less stressful than I expected. When Willie arrived, he got right to work and took his time making sure the job was done correctly instead of rushing through it. My lawn had gotten taller than I would have liked, and there were weeds throughout the yard that needed attention. By the time he was finished, the property looked completely different. The grass was evenly cut, everything looked neat and well-maintained, and the yard instantly had much better curb appeal. One thing I really appreciated was how professional and respectful Willie was. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and wants customers to be happy with the final result. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and answered the questions I had without making me feel rushed. Finding someone who is dependable, communicates well, and consistently shows up ready to work can be difficult these days, so it was refreshing to have such a positive experience. If I had one piece of advice for future customers, it would be to avoid letting your grass get excessively tall before your scheduled service. Most lawn care companies, including LawnStarter providers, may charge an additional fee if the grass is significantly overgrown because it requires more time, more equipment wear, and additional cleanup. Staying on a regular mowing schedule can save you money while also keeping your lawn looking healthy year-round. That’s not a complaint—it’s just something worth knowing so there aren’t any surprises. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service Willie provided. He was punctual, professional, responsive, and did quality work that exceeded my expectations. The entire process was smooth from scheduling through completion, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book him again for future lawn care. If you’re considering LawnStarter and happen to get Willie as your lawn care professional, I think you’ll be in great hands.   One of the biggest challenges with lawn care companies is being able to get in contact and having to chase them around to keep appointments. Lawnstarter makes it much easier to get in contact and stay in contact. The app is great but the people are what makes it possible. Robert was ideal! He answered promptly, showed up on time, did the work as requested. That’s all I asked. I appreciate the professionalism and look forward to working with him again.

  Joshua has done an amazing job for us both times he’s mowed our lawn. He is extremely thorough, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. The yard looks completely transformed when he’s done! What really stood out to me was his attention to detail — he trimmed around everything so neatly and even cleaned up sticks in the backyard from a recent storm without being asked. That level of effort is hard to find. I’ve used lawn services before and have honestly never been this impressed.   So I used Lawn Starter today to have my lawn mowed. Jevonta did a good job mowing my lawn. I’m very pleased because my home had some damage last August and the grass is just starting to grow back and some areas and he made my yard look beautiful. My only complaint is the grass clippings that were left.
