We met at the gas pump. It was on a snowy day while refilling gas cans, this time for the snowblower, naturally. The truck on the other side of the pump island had a plow and salt attachment. Just what I needed! Long story short, for the last 4 years, Legend property maintenance has been our go to for help with lawn care and snow removal, as well as cleaning and maintaining our vacation rental property. Jason does it all! Consistent, reliable, trustworthy and friendly. We give our best recommendations!

Jason and Legend Property Management are great. He’s super friendly and always on top of his business. We work with him to help clean and do seasonal work on our cabin which doubles as a short term rental. We would enthusiastically endorse him (just as long as he doesn’t get too busy to keep working with us) :) for people looking for good help in the area.

My daughter had a huge trim limb fall and my husband and I did the best we could to clear it but we knew we had to call in the professionals. I contacted Jason after reading the great reviews and we are elated that we did! Very professional, responsive, great price and we couldn't be happier. HIGHLY recommend!! We will definitely will be hiring for other services. Thank you Jason!!

Jason cut my lawn and trimmed around my fence and mailbox last summer and does really good work. He went the extra mile and mowed areas of my yard twice over when the grass got very tall. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend his services.
