I hired Manitowoc Pro Lawn Care to build a fence and a lean-to. The fence was fine, but the lean-to was built wrong, and the roof was installed incorrectly where it joins the existing roof, so rain pours directly onto everything underneath, defeating the whole purpose. They also used far more material than necessary. They missed appointments, didn’t communicate well, and charged more than what we agreed on including extra people and hours I didn’t expect. Hunter came and quoted the work and he felt every confident and made me comfortable that he would do a good job. They also left cigarette butts and garbage all over my property, which put my animals at risk and left me cleaning up after them. Hunter did come back a few times, but the problems were never fully fixed, and I’m stuck with a half-finished, poorly built structure. I did reach out with my concerns and he didn’t take responsibility for the incorrect job he did. I regret hiring them and wouldn’t recommend them.

He did most of the work but took forever. We were told the stumps would be close to the ground which they are not. Asked about that and he said he didn't have a chainsaw big enough. Left a lot more wood behind than we thought would be. We do have yard repairs to do now. Also tore up our gate but we never told him about that and we will repair it later. Costing us a lot of money and time to fix all the damage to the yard. Not a pretty picture!!!!!!

Hi all, Just wanted to let you all know he has wrecked our yard and did not come back to fix it . Many many excuses. He recently made a post about my spouse being a fraud on paypal. Yes we fought for our money back beacuse he did a poor job and never came back to fix it. We sent PROOF to PayPal which is how we were able to get some of our money back. PayPal won't just give you your money back without it ..so kind of hard to call someone a Fraud when we have receipts to back it . He recently posted that on Facebook and of course he blocked us so we couldn't defend ourselves . Do NOT pay him until the job is done he will take your money and run.

I signed up for snow removal service and was billed double what I was quoted. Billing was fixed. The next time it snowed, no one showed up to plow. It took several hours to get a hold of anyone to rectify the situation. All phone calls got a message back that the number was out of service. At first, I received apologetic messages and was assured that someone would be out shortly to plow. He then made excuses and pushed me off three times. No one ever came to plow, and messages were ignored. I absolutely do not recommend this service.

I had Hunter and his crew at my house to put in a couple of flower beds, remove some trees and plant 9 new trees in their place. His crew did an amazing job! Can't say so much for Hunter. My trees did not make it through the first year. He only replaced 5 of the 9. His customer service sucks! He now blocked me and will not honor or contract. Makes every excuse in the book. Do not recommend him!!
