  Have had a great experience with Naturescape. I have had to contact them to come back out a couple times but it was clearly just a misunderstanding and then a situation where more weeds popped up so they adjusted their application and it was resolved. They are very responsive and for that I can say is why I’m happy. Mistakes and miscommunication on both sides will always happen but how you respond and take care of the issues is how I judge service! Looking forward to my last application and service in the spring! Thanks!

  Excellent customer service, very friendly staff, the product does what it is supposed to do.. Love that my new SOD isn’t growing weeds anymore, I have my “Golf” yard back. Thank you to the Team at NatureScape in Janesville.

  First time trying a lawn service. I have a large landscaped yard and was concerned about plantings+ trees.Was told how trained the techs are.Was over $1000 for the lawn treatment. The 3rd time I had to call because of issues. I always still had weeds and there wasn't that big of a difference in my lawn.The weed killer was sprayed up against tree trunks and a lot of lower branches on my spruce trees died.They came out made sure clear notes for techs. made and last application and they treated my organic areas which were not supposed to be done with granular winterizer and right up into my chicken run. One tree died and my large white pine may not make it. I requested a free tree fertilizing treatment to hopefully save my 12'-20' trees. They did do that for me. They come out but obviously the techs don't read the clear instructions. I was not offered a refund so for me I just mainly got a bunch of damaged trees for my money and aggravation.They did say if a tree dies they will replace it, I didn't tell them to replace the small one since it was not an area of asthetic value. This year I will be applying my own so I guarantee done right and not kill my trees. Update i did email and each time you call me on the phone to solicit more lawn service I tell the sales person what has happened and also said I would like someone to come take care of that tree that is still showing signs of ill health. No one ever contacts me back. So what good is posting a response to my review and to email you when twice now I have replied via email yet I am still ignored. What good is this satisfaction guarantee when I have had a tree die, lots of tree damage, I did have to remove lots of lower branches and in no way was satisfied. All I can think is maybe the reply is just to make people think you care since no one ever replies to me or shows up to save this very important white pine that is a privacy block for the road. Totally disappointed. All I did was pay to have my property damaged basically.

  Absolutely atrocious service. Constant miscommunications that allow time for my lawn to die even more due to not getting attention on time. Service gets worse every year, they used to do the whole block but now I will be the last one to fire them. My neighbors that use other companies have much better looking grass. Had to call for revisits after every application due to weeds everywhere. One visit this year they accidentally treated my neighbor's lawn even though our addresses were clearly displayed. Save yourself a headache hire someone else.

  I have been using Naturescape for 7 years. When I first bought my home the lawn was full of weeds. Now, I'm proud of how my lawn looks. Very personable and professional staff. They are quick to respond to any issues that may arise. I will continue to use their services.
