We started service with Naturescape late last season. Could not be happier with how our lawn looks this spring! We just had our 2nd application applied this season and can’t wait to see the lawn in a few weeks. Communication is great!! We are given a days notice before they come out and they leave a detailed list of what was applied, both on the door and through email. Love our lawn!!

Naturescape always does great service . I like how they text me the day or 2 before so I can move the gutter extensions and also plan not to have children scheduled to play in yard on newly sprayed lawn.

I have used their services for lawn care applications for several years. I’ve never had a problem with them. They are very responsive to your concerns and they make things right. This is the first year I’m using them for lawn cutting and I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend them.

So they say they have a 100% guarantee, but they do not. They don't stand behind their work. They'll send you to collections for $125 MONTHS later after agreeing it was fully resolved. They'll keep just repeating the same nonsense that they "have no record" of your conversation again and again like a one trick broken record. They absolutely do not intend to make things right ever. We first fired them over our lawn. Next gave them a try for snow. Just as bad. Next week I will update with the major chunks they took out of the redwood of our Rainbow Swing Set and dig up the photos of our snow blowing job. Stay away. You can find a million people at 1/2 the price that do 10x better job.

The gentlemen who have been mowing our lawn has been doing great work. We love the way they’ve adjusting the mower as our lawn has grown & they blow any cut grass neatly back on to the lawn. Thank You for a Job Well Done,
