I've used Northern Mist for over 12 years for our annual seasonal opening and closing maintenance of our sprinkler system in Lake Geneva and they've been great. The crew always does a great job and is professional. This year, we had a problem with our valves as they have begun to wear out as the system is aging, rendering the system inoperable. Jake found time during the very busy spring opening season to bring practically his whole crew over at the end of a long week on a Friday late afternoon and work well into the evening to start replacing the valves (which is not an easy task), digging them up and replacing them around the yard, to get our system back into working order for the summer season. He treated us as a loyal and valued customer and we are grateful to have a relationship with a company that appreciates that. Not easy to find these days. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with Jake at Northern Mist! From initial meeting to working with the landscaper, to follow up visit- professional, experts in the field, easy to work with and excellent communication skills! Thank you, Jake, for helping us!

The greatest company. Not only is our sprinkler system awesome, but Jake came out last night at 9pm to open the sprinkler box and spray a wasp nest that was in there. It was huge and we couldn't get the cover off the box. So appreciative of his above and beyond service - pest control companies wouldn't help because it was in the sprinkler box.
