Randy and company have been taking care of landscaping projects, and snow removal and lawn care when I have not been able to for at least 3 years now. They have been flexible with scheduling and put quality of the job ahead of time spent achieving it. The job leads are always happy to communicate and take into consideration customer preferences and suggestions, or answer questions. One of his mowing crews were here this morning, and the lawn looks professionally groomed - because it is! They never leave my lawn with clumps or with the furrowed appearance. Another task checked off my to do list... Thank you, Outdoor Independence!

I scheduled a meeting with Randy to go over the details of several requested quotes. Randy was late for the meeting. I called after a week to find out when I would receive quotes. Alexis called back and told me that it would be a couple weeks. I called back after two weeks and left another voicemail. Now after three weeks I still do not have quotes and did not even get a second call back. Some of the quotes were for ASAP services. Even the quotes for fall and winter services were needed in a timely manner so that I could compare them to quotes from other contractors and make a decision.

I recently switched to Outdoor Independence after using a different lawn service for many years. My lawn looks 100x better now. I wished I would have known about them sooner! Courtney was great to work with and devised a plan that included thatching and bagging the clippings in order to get the lawn in shape. I highly recommend this company for all your lawn, mulch, and tree needs.

I would give 100 stars if I could! Outdoor independence was mowing my neighbors yard and I went and asked if they could fix the horrible job my previous mowers did. They set me up and immediately began working, they made me so happy and did an amazing job. Posting images from before to after! They saved my yard!

Randy and his crew recently cut down 4 trees and ground the stumps for us. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame and they did an excellent job cleaning up. While completing this project a neighbor of ours had a tree that suffered from storm damage. Randy was more than happy to do this work and they even got started on it the same day! We would recommend Outdoor Independence for any tree work that you might have!
