  We have been using OSI for our sprinkler system for 10+ years, and had them do a major repair Spring 2025. Fast forward to Spring 2026 start up and there is a huge leak in one of the control panels. They could not verify over the phone if this issue would be covered under the 2025 repairs we had done. The technician, Hans, was just out and to quickly determine the issue and verify it would be covered as part of the previous work. I appreciate them standing by the job they did for us last year.

  Had a repair appointment scheduled for July 22 between 3 and 5. They did not show up. I called and was rescheduled for July 24 between 12:30 and 2 30. They showed up at 10 instead. Did a flush out of the sprinkler head and charged 168 dollars for about 1half hour. I have been a customer for many years. There was no consideration of this.

  We used OSI for years. When we moved away from the area we cancelled our lawn care services and because we didnt specify "mosquito services" they just cancelled the lawn care and charged us for mosquito services after we moved. When we called to them, Molly, who answered, wouldn't listen to me and kept asking who we talked to. Poor customer services!!! In addition our lawn was never nice, even after 6 years of service.

  I originally left a very positive review for OSI because the technician who came out last year, Will, was excellent. After years of problems with my sprinkler system, he listened, looked at the zone map, actually diagnosed the issue, replaced valves, and my system worked beautifully for the rest of the season. I was genuinely very happy with the work he did. Unfortunately, my experience with communication and scheduling has been very frustrating. When I first contacted OSI, I did not receive a call back and had to call again about two weeks later. I eventually got an appointment scheduled, but did not realize I had to sign two separate approvals. I had only signed one, so no one came out. When I called to ask what happened, I was told they had tried to call me that morning, but they had not. The person I spoke with realized that and apologized. Because the actual sprinkler repair went so well last year, I stayed with OSI. They winterized my system in the fall, and this spring I scheduled an appointment to have it turned back on. I was told I was on the schedule for 8–10 a.m. and took the morning off for this appointment. It is now 10:20, no one has arrived, and I have not received a phone call, email, or update. That is extremely frustrating. I understand that schedules can change, technicians can run behind, and mistakes happen. But customers need clear communication, especially when they are taking time off work and arranging their day around an appointment window. The technician’s actual work last year was excellent, and I appreciated that very much. But the scheduling and communication process needs improvement. At this point, I feel like I can trust the field work, but not the office communication or appointment follow-through.

  This incompetent company dumped their carcinogenic, toxic trash on my property without my consent or authorization. Apparently their automatic renewal process does not include obtaining permission from the CURRENT owner, which is against the law. I've submitted a complaint to the DATCP for violating Wisconsin Administrative Code ATCP 29.55, as well as filed a trespassing complaint for violating City Code § 12-3-2.
