We signed up again this year with Parm's for lawn care service. Our lawn has never looked this good. We appreciate their knowledge of exactly when and how to apply what is needed to maintain a great looking lawn. Scott came yesterday to apply our first application of the year. This company communicates very well through emails and door tags. I know when they are coming and what they will be applying. I like their quick response time to any questions I have via phone or email.

I called to schedule getting my lawn rolled in April when the ground was still soggy and prime for getting it flat. They didn't show up for over a month after during our biggest dry spell this year when the ground was rock hard. $600 for zero improvement. I called to complain about the quality of the outcome and they didn't credit me back a dime. Great staff, very friendly, but horrible results. EDIT: Within an hour of posting my first comment, I received a phone call. Not from a shift supervisor, but from the business owner. He listenend to my story and took ownership for what happenend. He made things right by me. This is kind of customer service is exactly why I picked Parms in the first place. Thank you Matt, I appreciate the time and effort you put into this to make things right. My story is an exception, not the rule. To anyone needing lawn care services, I recommend you giving them a try.

Always consistent, quality work no matter the project. Eli and Dakota did a great job repairing landscaping after a recent storm took out several trees. Highly recommend.

The Parms technician did a great job laying the first round of pesticide. None of my garden beds were damaged. I was also informed of additional weeds that are growing in my lawn. The whole process has been a great experience.

Hi residence at Sheboygan Riverview would like to know where the plow guys are today since they left around 4 am ish because the parking lot and sidewalk to main entrance has not been plowed and people are getting stuck trying to get out or in the parking lot. We do not currently have a manager on site to call you people. So I'm leaving this question with the review. Typically they come back after the snow stops but they haven't. 3/16/2026
