I do not know who was driving the machine today but I will never forget the guy this morning 02-25-2023. I am older and disabled and due to the amount of snow I have not been able to get out and take care of the driveway especially the end where the city plow piles me up 4 feet. I woke up to the sound of a machine coming from the fountain circle apartments and it stopped in front of my driveway and then backed up and cleared one swipe of a blade clearing the entire part the city pushed in front of my driveway. I then watched him continue on his way and drop his blade again a hundred feet away making a way for a car that was completely buried to be able to get out. It took him 30 seconds of his time but to me it is unforgettable that an act of service from someone that thinks about others at 3:00 in the morning after plowing probably the last 2 days without stopping can be done, and done with no intent on recognition but just to help someone he does not know. PAULS SNOWPLOWING, KEEP HIRIMG GUYS LIKE THIS AND IF I EVER NEEDED SOMETHING DONE I WOULD THINK OF YOU FIRST JUST BECAUSE OF THIS ACT OF HUMILITY AND KIMDNESS. God bless the driver that did this and please tell him thank you.

Was a PicknSave on Pioneer this morning and saw Paul’s crew picking up garbage along the tree line. Just wanted to give a shout out for a job well done. People need to use common sense and don’t litter

We reached out to them in March for services they didn't reach out to us and give us a contract until mid April. We waited on services for weeks and weeks. Had to call and email multiple times to figure out why nothing was being done. After a month we have had only one thing completed so again had to call. They have every excuse under the sun for why what we asked for aren't finished it wasn't even worth it. So we ended up canceling to go a more professional route and have the stuff we were signed up for actually get sone in a timely manner without us having to be the ones to reach out to make sure they are going to do what they say.

I live next to a neighbor who has Paul's Snowplowing Service manage their lawns and plowing needs. These guys come in like a tactical squad and badda bing badda bang, lawns look amazing. Fun to watch them work.
