Bridget McNellis came to the door letting me know the service she was providing today and asked if I had any questions--she was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be doing her job. Thank you Bridget for your joyful personality! So as for the effectiveness of the services: I realized I had not had my usual winter mouse issue, in fact after efficiently evicting the "behind the dishwasher" mouse who chewed through all the water lines and caused a small flood in my basement, I have not seen evidence of the existence of any other small free loaders. And I realized the squirrel family that had taken up residence in the space between the chimney and the attic had also not returned for a second winter. I give Pest Badger the credit for the squirrel family eviction and for finally making my home less than inviting for the mice that seem to think this home is where they 'winter'.

Have been with Pest Badger for a few years now and happy with their services. Have noticed less bugs around our home. John did an excellent job today explaining how the rodent control system works. Thank you!

Pest badger was quick to reply to my request for a quote, even right after a holiday weekend. They were able to accommodate my request to come out as soon as possible, same week for spraying. The gentleman that showed up for spraying Sam D. was polite, on time and quick. Also made sure to shut gates, which is a plus in my book with a toddler. So far great service. Thanks again!

I had a great experience with Bridget Mcneilis yesterday. This was her 2nd time coming here and I was impressed she remembered me and the problem I was having last time. What a wonderful representation of your company she is good at her job and charismatic. I’m hopeful the ants won’t be an issue this year!

We had a Boxelder infestation at our house, mainly exterior on siding and grounds around the house. Sam and another employee came and treated this area. I have inspected for 3 days now this area after the treatment and most all beetles are expired. Only very few are back, probably flying in from blocks away, which they can do! But Sam did a great job!
