  Service 1: I started out first with Phillips Outdoor Services by getting my concrete patio replaced. I was looking to replace it with concrete but Cody convinced me to look at the company he works for because a block patio would be better quality and look nicer. I had some concerns, but he hooked me up with Trevor and he answered all of my questions and came out to look at my property. He was very informative regarding their products, quality, and guarantees. He designed my patio, fire pit area, and landscaping to go around it. Josh, Shawn, Mitch, and Brandon got to work on the project and any changes I needed to make along the way they made happen with no problem. They were super respectful and so nice. The finished product is so beautiful and I am very proud to have people over to look at it. I get so many compliments. Over the winter there we're a couple areas that settled and they came over and fix them no questions asked! I would definitely hire them again! Service 2: I had been needing to get my vents cleaned for a long time and was searching for a company to do it. Cody told me that Phillips just started offering the service and got me hooked up with Kenny. He set it all up for me and within a week Shawn and Evan were out to take care of it. Fantastic job! So nice to know that after all of the remodeling I've done over the last 5 years I can finally get that cleaned out of my vents! They even did my dryer vent for me. Service 3: Every year I hire a company to come out and spray for weeds in my yard. I have not been very happy with the company I had the last couple years, and Cody told me that Phillips Outdoor Services started offering lawn care services and are using high quality products in the market that I would find beneficial. I called Kayla and she gave me a quote that was comparable to what I have been spending before. Josh contacted me and addressed any concerns that I had and had Aaron and Taylor out to my house within a couple days. I am very happy! I don't have one dandelion popping up where my next door neighbors have them all over. My lawn looks beautiful and I'm looking forward to having a long term relationship with your company to continue services to make my yard look great! Phillips Outdoor Services has been wonderful to me and anytime I run into staff in public they are so kind! Great company! Definitely setting a standard of quality in our community. I will post more pictures once my attached roof covering my patio is complete.

  Thank you so much for the fantastic work on our new fence! The team (Ian Dougherty, Noah Leisgang, Sam Vosburg) were very professional, worked hard, and finished the job fast! Our yard looks wonderful, and our pets are so happy!

  If you like quality work with hassle free service you won’t be disappointed with Phillips. Everyone that worked on our project were fantastic all the way from planning to design to final payment. Josh (lead guy) Aaron and Austin are top shelf. All the folks working in office kept us informed all thru the project. There was a little work that needed to be corrected after a terrible winter and once again it was hassle free. Josh came over right away (we live in Caledonia) and made every effort to make it right!!!! The fence is new also. Can’t say enough 🤜🤛

  From beginning to end, we were immensely pleased with the process of making our vision a reality. Our salesman, Chad, walked us through the beginning process and provided a line-item estimate of the project, enabling us to add or delete items to stay in our budget. Once the project began, Justin and Cody, our deck builders, were professional, showing a tremendous work ethic throughout the process. They continually displayed the utmost attention to detail, suggesting small improvements that would enhance the look and increase the function of our deck. At the end of each day the entire work area was cleaned of all nails (using a magnetic roller) and sucking up any remaining sawdust; all debris was removed from the premises each day. They also took the time before leaving to explain where they were in the process and what would be next. Going above and beyond, they brought us a load of dirt one of the days for our yard project which had nothing to do with the deck. Upon completion, every area of the deck was mopped and cleaned by hand. We would highly recommend Phillips (and Chad, Justin, and Cody) and are looking forward to having them come back next year to do our back deck!

  This was our second time using Phillips Outdoor Service, and once again, the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Christian did a great job helping us design our fence layout, Kayla kept us well-informed throughout the scheduling process, and the installation week with Jesse, Sam, and Mason exceeded our expectations. The installation crew was amazing—highly skilled, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. The final result looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Phillips Outdoor Service!
