Amazing experience with Pondering Gardens! From the very beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to understand our goals, answer questions, and walk us through different options without ever making us feel pressured. What really stood out was their willingness to share their expertise and help us think through the best solutions for our property. The entire process felt consultative and educational rather than sales-focused. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt like our questions were welcomed and thoughtfully answered. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience. I would highly recommend Pondering Gardens to anyone looking for landscaping services and look forward to working with them again in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Chadd and we would highly recommend him. Chadd is an excellent communicator and he followed through with what he said he’d do. Chadd’s staff worked hard and they were very polite. Chadd has good equipment to do the job right with minimal disruption. Very fair price for our job.

We hired Chadd from Pondering Gardens to install steps and retaining walls in our backyard, and the results exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation through project completion, everything was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail. The craftsmanship of the steps and retaining walls is outstanding. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of this project and would highly recommend Pondering Gardens to anyone looking for high-quality landscaping work.

We had landscaping done by another company last fall and were not happy with it. Pondering Gardens has turned it into a thing of beauty. From the very start of the planning process, Chadd was meticulous. He reviewed what we wanted, made suggestions as to what would and wouldn't work, and engaged in back-and-forth until we settled on designs. During the installation process, he was highly attentive to detail, regularly checking in with us to make sure the work he and the crew were doing matched the design. They even laid down metal tracks to protect the lawn from damage from the excavating equipment. Finally, they cleaned up thoroughly each day and after the project was finished. If we undertake another landscaping project, we will definitely return to Pondering Gardens. Highly recommended.
