I couldn't be happier with the work Proper Grounds LLC did on my property. They cleared a heavily overgrown section of my backyard that had become difficult to maintain and completely transformed the area. Ian and his crew were professional, hardworking, and efficient from start to finish. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and left the site clean when the job was done. The difference is amazing! The backyard looks larger, cleaner, and much more usable. Proper Ground’s attention to detail and quality of work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing land clearing services and would definitely hire them again for future projects.

"Hired Proper Grounds LLC for land clearing and site prep and they absolutely delivered. From the start, owner Ian set the tone — professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in the work his company puts out. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the site was cleaner than I expected — no burn piles, no hauling headaches, just done right. As someone in the home services industry myself, I know what good work ethic looks like, and Ian and his team have it. Fast turnaround, professional from start to finish. Will be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs serious site work done. —

Where do I even begin with Proper Grounds? My father originally referred them to me for a project that was long overdue, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. lan was the gentleman I had the pleasure of working with from the very beginning, providing a fair quote and answering all of my questions. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. The crew was professional, efficient, and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend Proper Grounds to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service. Thank you to lan and the entire Proper Grounds crew for a job well done!
