River City goes above and beyond in listening to customers and demonstrating honesty and helpfulness. I'm glad I personally visited to see how they operate. I am having landscape work done with Tim Markrin’s design, and I separately purchased fieldstone on two pallets from Sara. She was excellent at helping me get what I needed and ensuring it was labeled and marked as sold. It will be delivered to my house when the landscape crew arrives to improve my existing landscape. In my opinion, Tim Markrin is an artist in seeing the big picture, has a keen eye for blending landscape elements to enhance the house's appearance, and is one of the top designers in La Crosse County. Sara is first-rate, and I trust she has the customer's best interests at heart.

Haley G., Haley D., and Mattie were so helpful while I was picking out plants to landscape with! They were so knowledgeable about caring for the plants I was choosing and deciding where to plant them around my house. They even spent time with my 4 yr old son, showing him the flowers and answering all his questions 😊. They also brought him a popsicle to eat! Loved my experience here!

Sara did an amazing job helping us out with our landscaping project . She helped us determine some options we were looking for and also jumped up in our truck to assist with loading our new trees! Thank you Sara! We will be back for more! Dave and Lisa Sather

My first time to River City Lawnscape garden center and I was so delighted by seeing such a beautiful presentation. Within a few minutes, a young lady came by and asked if I needed help, not ready yet I said. Then in next few minutes came by Sara, I asked a few questions and from there she took me all around and explained about each plant/tree/shrub in detail. I have never come across such a great service anywhere else and I have gone to quite a few nurseries. All of their girls are very kind and helpful. I went a second time and met Sara again and she assisted me without any hesitation. They also have beautiful flower baskets. Thank you Sara and Rivercity.

I have been having River City Lawnscape work on my yard ever since our home was built 2013. They have always been very nice to work with and Tom and Drew are two people who listen to your needs and if you have concerns. They just in the last year have completed two very big projects for us. First is a Waterfall and Pond in our front yard, they did a wonderful job, and it only took 5 days. Second, we had them do a redo a few beds that were done previously (10 years ago) and they look better than ever. We also had them Construct a patio so we could sit below the waterfall and pond and enjoy the sounds. Thank you River City Lawnscape for all you have done for us.
