  We cannot say enough good things about this company and the transformation they accomplished on our property. What started as an abandoned hoarder house with years of neglect, overgrowth, debris, rotting landscaping, massive tree stumps, and a cracked unusable patio has now become a clean, modern, welcoming property that finally matches the vision and quality of the surrounding neighborhood. From the very beginning, communication was outstanding. We were constantly updated on progress, timelines, recommendations, and next steps. Every question was answered quickly and professionally, and it was obvious they genuinely cared about the outcome of the project rather than simply rushing through another job. The amount of labor and effort that went into this property was incredible. Their crew was onsite consistently and worked extremely hard every day. This was not a simple cleanup — it was a complete rehabilitation of a severely neglected exterior space. They handled extensive junk removal, removed large overgrown areas, took out massive stumps that had likely been there for years, demolished and removed an old cracked patio, and completely reworked the overall appearance of the property. What impressed us most was that they didn’t just “clean it up.” They helped modernize the entire look of the home and yard so it finally feels cohesive with the rest of the neighborhood. The difference is dramatic. The property went from looking abandoned and overwhelming to looking intentional, clean, updated, and cared for. Another major thing worth mentioning is how thorough the cleanup was throughout the project. At the end of each workday, they kept the site organized and safe, and when the project was complete, they left the property in excellent condition. No piles left behind, no shortcuts, no unfinished details. Finding contractors who combine hard work, professionalism, communication, reliability, and actual pride in craftsmanship is becoming rare, and this team delivered on all of it.   I happen to come across Santiago's Landscaping on the internet. Knew nothing about them but decided to see if they could give me an estimate. In today's world....its hard to find someone reliable in the service industry...or so I thought. Adan and his team were outstanding in every aspect. Easy to contact, quick to reply, reasonably priced and BEAUTIFUL work. Adan came to my home within a few days of me making initial contact, sent a no-obligation quote within 24 hours, scheduled my project within a week of my accepting the bid and completed the entire yard in one day with 3 team members. This would have taken me weeks to complete myself....and I could have never made it look this good. Really, really more than satisfied with Santiago's Landscaping.
