The person that I spoke with did a very well job explaining all the possibilities that are available to get on my lawn the only thing I wish that he did a little bit better was that somebody could have told me via text or telephone call the day before they come to do anything on my lawn they came this morning which I wish I could have been here because the gentleman did not come on the other side of the fence to spray the material on the lawn he just sprayed it from the fence which there are three gates and he didn't use any one of them which I'm not sure if I got a true application or not on my lawn but that is not my agent's fault no responsibility but I hope that he could possibly pass this information along to the service crew who spreads the material on the lawn for the future other than that he did great

Jeremy was awesome today. He stopped and let me Know he was going to treat the yard and answered my questions and made sure I knew how to get a message to him. As a new client this was super helpful.

The first time Jacob did our lawn was fantastic. The second time, I didn’t realize he came at first. Then I realized why our dog was barking while I was in the shower. He must have rang our doorbell because he seems great at letting his customers know he is there & if they have any concerns. Again, very happy Jacob & Spring Green!
