I ordered topsoil from them and it was so easy. I was able to check out online, schedule my own delivery date, pay (Apple Pay accepted) and they didn't surcharge me for using a credit card. A lot of other mulch companies in the area have gone to this and its a surprise when you go to pay. Delivery was fast and they were able to accommodate a specific drop point. I will be switching to them for our annual mulch and top soil deliveries. Highly recommend!

They are very nice and the delivery went well. Unfortunately, the topsoil produced a forest of weeds. I planted grass and micro clover in a large area. The parts where the topsoil was put down, weeds. The parts where we didn’t, no weeds. I don’t even mind creeping charlie and dandelions. I’m all about natural lawns! But these are invasive plants and it’s really frustrating. When I called to talk about it, he basically said I got unlucky somewhere. Very disappointed.

Let me preface by: I don’t answer the door for men if i’m home alone with the children. Even if I wanted to, I was in the shower. This delivery driver did knock and attempt to make contact. However, instead of calling the number specifically provided (which was my husband’s number who made the order and has done all the dealing with the company), he made the executive decision to deposit a huge pile of mulch DIRECTLY in front of the garage door, trapping me inside my own home. We have a wide drive way with plenty of off the side options to deposit mulch. Why make a decision without calling or confirmation? My husband made it abundantly clear to call the number to verify placement. Yet here we are. I now have to dig myself out so I have a vehicle for the day. Apart from this, mulch appears to be good quality. They did refund us the delivery fee, the man was kind and apologetic.

This is the first time we used TLC and we will be back! Ordering online was easy and delivery was very timely for the 20 yards of hemlock mulch we ordered. The delivery driver was very friendly and accommodating. The quality of the mulch was the best we have had in years, very rich and substantial, and at a great price!

I just ordered some topsoil. It was delivered quickly. Very reasonably priced. Easy customer service. Driver was very courteous and respectful too. They even called to ask if I wanted to wait for the rain to pass. I will definately be back!
