My Shorewood property was a disaster after a recent home addition and years of neglect (by me). Eli put together a detailed new landscape plan based on our needs, the soil, and our plant preferences. His plan was detailed and all of our questions were answered before work started. The work did start and finish exactly on schedule. His team exceeded our expectations in terms of communication, quality of work, speed of work, and the finished product. They removed all invasive weeds by removing the top few inches of top soil. They brought new soil in. They started the yard over with a stone walkway and they removed and planted many new plants, flowers, and trees. They sodded the back yard and top dressed the front yard lawn. Eli even cut out and added wood chips around an existing tree in the front yard. They used quality materials, including weed barrier and aluminum edging. There were no surprises on the final bill. We have a backyard again! Thanks Eli & team!

Eli and crew were on time and everything was cleaned up. Shrubs look great and exceeded the size that I thought we were getting. We'll done! Highly recommended.

Eli and his crew did an excellent job. We had a complete tear out on three sides of our house. Everything was overgrown and out of control. We wanted a clean look and maintenance free plantings. Trawicki Property Care gave us exactly that. The work was also done in a very timely manner and cleanup was perfect.

Trawicki and Eli seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Responded and worked quickly. So far everything is very good. Waiting for better weather so the seed will germinate to leave a more thorough review.

Trawicki did a great job on our landscaping. We needed to add about 5 yards of rock. Eli took a look at it and knew exactly what type of rock it was. He sent me a proposal that was very reasonable. I added a few things to the project and he updated the proposal right away and sent if back. We scheduled the work and a week or so later I had a half dozen guys at the house spreading rock. They did it in a couple of hours and it would have taken me two weeks. I would highly recommend.
