3-5-2025 I am writing a late review bc I have been very busy with other endeavors. Before 11-25-2024, I had outstanding positive meetings from Mr. Ben Wallace, from Trees on the Move. It was coordinated my backyard challenging project, which emcompasses the areas of drainage, hardscape, and softscape. FYI, I bought the house last 1-2021. For many years, it was neglected with poor maintenance inside - out. This company has 40+ years dealing with trees & 24+ years dealing with hardscape. With my project, they have to deal with the City of Milwaukee requirements (engineer structural design, permit, 4 inspector visits). It was a good experience for everyone. Even the city inspector learned!!! The team worked from 11-25-2024 to 12-17-2024. Ben Wallace was the coordinator, & a team of 3 workers did the job, where Horacio, was the foreman. The quality of the communication with everyone was excellent, especially when trying to figure out the best way to fix the challenges encountered. I appreciate they respect my opinion. Among the challenges the team had to deal with: moved around a small space to access their equipment in-out the backyard, solving the drainage issues (water coming from the next door neighbor yard sump pump pond, that flood my yard & for 25+ years, damaging the garage cement floor & driveway). Because I lived in a hill, they also built a long retain wall (that in some areas was almost 5 feet tall). They also deal with cold weather, and they need to protect the topsoil to avoid it froze in order to continue working the next day. Since yesterday, 3-4-2025, it has been raining a lot in the southeast of Milwaukee. The backyard (5 feet deep gravel) drainage swale is doing its job with the flood issues !!! Everything is well done with aesthetics & functionality. I am delighted with their services and the reasonable price. I will contact this team for further projects, next time in the area of landscaping Thanks, Ben & the team!!!

We purchased 12 full-size evergreens. The crew that planted the trees were wonderful. Unfortunately one of the trees is an incorrect tree. Contacting Ernesto, who was readily available until there was a problem, proved futile. No show appointments and no return calls had me sitting and waiting often. No apologies. Contacting another suggested employee "Derrick " was worthless as well. After speaking with him, he assured me he'd call me right back. Several days have passed and no call. I do not understand how companies think that ignoring customers is a sound business practice. The lack of communication is profound. Save yourself a great deal of aggravation and spend your money elsewhere. I sure wish we had.

We had a great experience with Trees on the Move. After looking at several businesses, we found the best selection for 3 7’-8’ Norway Spruce. Ernesto helped us choose great trees and was on sight during the installation. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and really took care to minimize damage to the surrounding areas. They provided very clear, written care instructions. The trees look wonderful. We would definitely use them again.

We worked with Ernesto at Trees on the Move and had an excellent experience. He came out twice to walk through the property and determine what locations would work best for us and helped us pick out 8 trees and placement. I did also reach out to him a few times as I saw new trees I had liked and was always willing to look at pictures and help me decide what to choose based on what I was looking for. We also did a trip to Trees on the Move to look at options. He picked out our trees and had us come in to approve and they were great looking options. The trees were planted today and the 2 people today were very friendly and made sure we were all on the same page before planting the trees. I would highly recommend Ernesto to anyone looking to add trees to their yard as he made it a very easy experience.

Best landscaping experience I have had! Ernesto and his crew we courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. All utility and site marking arranged by the crew and confirmed prior to date of install. The weather cooperated and the work was completed on the date and time promised. No mess, no stress. I could not be more pleased!
