My yard was literally ALL dandelions, with just 1 application they were ALL gone!! I was amazed & very pleased! One of the main reasons I choose this company is their products are safe for kids, pets & our environment! The pricing is very reasonable as well, I absolutely recommend this company.

True Green didn’t help get rid of my weeds. Even worse, they offered to come back for a free service and then charged me for it. I call a representative to try to resolve my bill and she basically calls me a liar because her notes aren’t reflecting what I say happened. She was arrogant, rude and had zero interest in helping me.

Horrible service I have been with tru green for over 10yrs since covid the quality of their contractors and customer service reps are horrible they no show no call.. I had a recent application done in May and I have weeds like I never had a application done. I contact them three times within 24hrs to be hung up on once blind transferred and one rep just kept saying he understood but didn't have a resolution.

For many years they did a great job preventing weeds and having a healthy lawn but last summer after an application large spots of grass in both my front & back yards were completely dead. Called three times last year no one repaired it. Finally this year someone came to repair it but didn't. There were no grass seeds layed at all on most of the bald spots. They didn't till or remove dead grass. So I'm very disappointed and they lost my business now.

This is the worst company I have been worked with so far, they missed Pre-emergent time windows and cause weeds are everywhere now, and it is too late to control the weeds. never trust whatever their sales person is telling you!
