Our technicians always keep us informed of exactly what they are doing and why. They listen to our concerns and address them as well as let us know of any potential problem they see starting and give us honest solutions to solve them. With their help our yard is always one of the nicest looking in the neighborhood. Thanks!!

Lawn looks better after each application and the technician always calls with an update after each visit.

Honestly, if I could leave a negative review like zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, i've had nothing but unexpected disrespectful, Ungodly behavior from this company. I've unfortunately, only have had them here three times one of which they had to come back because they didn't do it correct. Customer service girl andrea was very disrespectful when I spoke with her. After finally getting hold of a manager, she offered me a free respraying of weeds. Everything seemed to be okay after that, following up on my next appointment, I had them come out here they missed half of the yard did it in under thirty seconds. When I had called customer service again to share this experience.I said, please do not have this man Come back, I would like someone else. After I shared that, I do not want the same man coming back He, in fact, came back rang my doorbell multiple times. I actively have someone recovering from surgery sleeping. And he looked at me and said, i'm here to do another app, I said, I specifically asked for you not to come back today. He then proceeded to still miss the same weeds that I had called about. Not only did he give me unprofessionalism and attitude, he then skirted out of my driveway In a twenty five mile per hour zone, doing fifty down the street. I called customer service back again and shared my grievances, and said, I want nothing to do with weed man.I'm not paying for this service cancel and never return. She tried to andrea say we can do a free spray. I said I don't want anything from you all. It's been nothing but nightmare after nightmare. This company is disrespectful and all they care about is money and hurrying up and getting to the next cash flow. Very disappointed. Not to mention the hours and time that i've got taken away from my job doing back and forth phone calls with them. Truly disappointing. Beware.

Customer service rep was extremely professional and made me feel good and reassured me I was with the best company to service my lawn even though the cost was higher. I called to cancel and because of her I stayed with weed man

Very personable technician who answers all of my questions very intelligently. Great service and I have been using their service for going on 3 years now! The branch manager Michael is a wealth of knowledge as well!
