I'm not a 5 star enthusiast. This Weed Man team has demonstrated what 5 star customer service is & should be as a performance model. It began with Kyle's knowledge & confidence during my first call for estimates & my beginning this year's contract for weed & fertilizer service. It continued when an early internal review of my newly acquired, neglected & weed dense property was met with a return extra weed service to get an aggressive turn around in the grass to weed ratio. Followed by emails with Tarissa that promptly provided me with requested documentation. Which brings me to today, my first day being on site during a technician treatment by Max. Max began by greeting me upon arrival & inquiring with me about my service. Max walked my property with me as I reviewed & inquired about the service, Max replied with shared knowledge & reconnected with me at the end of today's weed control service to recap & offer another connection to review before departing. I am thankful for the service & performance of this Weed Man team. Well done! Kind regards!

Nick came and sprayed our yard today (and he has been out here other times) and was awesome. Very friendly. Very courteous. He was in and out quickly and efficiently. We’ve been using Weedman for a few years now & really appreciate how our lawn looks. Thanks Nick!

Your services are excellent and sincere. Your field staff are safe and very polite. However, I would like to mention two amazing, gentle, sweet, intelligent, hardworking women who have very high standards of communication and customer service. Please respect these two women, nurture them.pay them well its only to your company's benefit. I have the pleasure of announcing two favorite Weedman customer care women and they are Mary and Andrea!!! Thank you amazing women May God Bless you abundantly and your beautiful families!

This is the first time in 46 years of marriage that we hired a lawn service. After 3 treatments under our belt we are very pleased with the results. The process has been simple, I get a text a day or so before saying that they will be coming. I don’t have to be home when they come. The tech calls when done and explains what he did. Always friendly and helpful in answering questions.

Our lawn tech is very professional and polite. He is always considerate of our dogs and knocks on the door when he arrives to let us know to keep them in the house for a bit while the treatments dry. Weedman has done an excellent job in the nearly two years we have been using them. I would highly recommend them!
