I could not recommend this company more! I filled out a form on their website and got a call within a day to set up a time when they could come out and look at the property and give me a quote. We had an above ground pool that we had taken out of the backyard and we were looking to fill in that space and make it usable again. Erik came out and spent a lot of time with me talking about what I wanted it to look like. He had great ideas and got me a design and a quote within a couple of days. I changed my mind a few times and had a lot of questions, and Erik was always very responsive and helpful, changing the design and adjusting the quote as needed. We settled on a fire pit (made with County Materials products) hooked to our propane tank and a 12x14 gazebo. Erik helped me find exactly what I wanted and gave me exactly what I wanted. I asked for 2 things for my fire pit: 1). easy to use and 2) throws a lot of heat. And the one they installed does both! Spencer and his crew were so great to work with. They showed up every day and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They left the yard nice and cleaned up and ready to use. They were great problem solvers and communicators. I thought the price was very reasonable, especially with the level of customer service that is included. I will ALWAYS pay more for good customer service. I was so impressed with this company!

I reached out to Willow River on short notice, and Caleb and Tony went out of their way to squeeze me into their tight schedule. From start to finish, communication was great, but the quality of their work is what truly set them apart. They showed up on time, took real care with the prep work, and applied an immaculate coat with clean, razor-sharp edges—no mess anywhere. My driveway looks brand new. 5/5 Stars – Absolutely exceptional service! On top of the stellar craftsmanship, their pricing was extremely reasonable, especially given how fast they fit me in. It’s rare to find contractors who hit every mark: speed, top-tier quality, and fair pricing. BIG THANKS to CALEB and TONY —I’ll definitely be using Willow River again!

Dan H and Blaine did an excellent job on our first lawn service! From start to finish, they were thorough and professional. They clearly communicated the schedule and walked me through the process so I knew exactly what to expect. What really stood out was the final walkthrough, they made sure I was completely satisfied with the results before wrapping up. It's clear they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. I look forward to continuing service with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable lawn care team!

We had Willow River install an irrigation system for us and we are super happy with the work. I mostly had contact with Jack and Jordan (I think) on the install days and both were knowledgeable and friendly. The other crew members were great, too, though I didn’t get their names!

We called Willow River Company, and Mike R. was at our house looking over the project within 2 days. He had a quote prepared the same day, and for the work that needed to be done we felt the price was very reasonable. He said it would be about a month, as they needed to use a 55 ton crane to do the job safely. Hunter and his entire crew arrived, and hit the ground running. They did an amazing job, Trees were removed, the brush was all hauled away and the yard was left immaculate. Our second time working with Willow River, very professional, a really great bunch of guys!
