I really want to thank the folks at the All American Do It Center in Richland Center, Wisconsin. My wife and I recently bought a second car, but it came with only one key. I went to several hardware stores to have some spare keys made, but this year/model car used an unusual key blank that nobody had. I ordered some key blanks online and went to one of our local hardware stores. They cut one of the blanks for me, but it wouldn't open any of the doors, nor would it start the car. I took the cut key blank to the Richland Center, Wisconsin and talked to a gentleman who worked there. He looked at the way the key was cut, carefully positioned it in the key-cutting machine, and after re-cutting and polishing the key, it worked perfectly on both doors, the hatch, and in the ignition. After that, I had him cut the other blank, and it also worked perfectly. Not only that, the price to cut both keys was competitive with the other places. Once again, great job All American Do It Center! You've earned a loyal customer!

I am writing on behalf of the St. Kilian's Cemetery Association to share our appreciation for the excellent service we received at the Richland Center, All American Do It Center. We specifically want to recognize Alan in the Garden Center for his exceptional knowledge and hard work. Both Alan and Gen were incredibly helpful and guided us through every step of the process. The church yard will soon have four beautiful new trees!

All of their items are overpriced. Every week employees go around and raise the prices of certain items. Was told "it's Trump's fault blah blah blah taxes". They follow a similar pricing strategy as gas stations, except the prices rarely drop. Initiating a return is painful as customers are pressured to find ways to work around defective items and are questioned heavily on potential misuse of the item. It's unlike any other retail establishment I've seen. Like they believe every customer is out to somehow screw them over. Probably why they have a giant 1 way pane of plexiglass to observe people. Upside is there are plenty of employees to chat with because the customer to employee ratio is usually 2:1 or greater. If you want quality service performed by people who don't resemble bipedal toads, go to ACE.

Had a very bad experience trying to return and purchase some lumber. One employee was very rude about not having a receipt, which was on file at the store as I have an account. After I asked the employee if he wanted me to go get the receipt he declined but continued to give me a hard time. Being from the area and owning small businesses myself, shopping local is very important. After this unfortunate experience I will be driving to Madison for all of my purchases.
