Outstanding! Over the last year I have worked with Birchwood as they services for our landscaping at our building, I could tell the team cared about the proerty and their work. Based on the team hard work, I went and switch snowplowing services to them also this year. While its early, I have to say I am amazed how responsive they are getting it DONE! great job team and your owners should know that many our my tentants/clients have noticed your great work

Incredible service, fast support, great and friendly staff! Contacted them yesterday afternoon to move our snow clearing location. They worked with us on finding a better location and took care of it after hours before we came in to work this morning. Highly recommend this company and their great snow clearing and removal support!

This kid plowing the work lot has been buried in his phone for 5 mins after every pass through the lot. He's been working on it for at least an hour and he's barely halfway done. Edit: Glad to see they take their business seriously. Changed to ⭐

Damaged over 100 feet of our fence. Sent the plow driver to fix it, did a horrible job of it. Ripped out sod and tore up lawn. Mark refused to make it right. Mark did nothing but argue that it wasn't his fault. Never use them again, very irresponsible owner. One star only because google won't allow a zero star review.
