  I just cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience has been with La Rosa Landscape Company. Over the last two years have assisted me with yard care, snow removal, and crafting the most beautiful backyard patio. In every instance the teams have been timely, thorough, communicated each step in the process, had great attention to detail and more than exceeded my vision. Mike La Rosa, his company, and exceptional team are a pillar in the community, supporting so many families, organizations, and individuals like myself with the utmost care and professionalism. I recommend them to the highest degree!

  I have always been reluctant to leave negative reviews. In fact the vast majority of my reviews are 4 or 5 stars. Because I recognize and respect the effort that goes into running a business and providing good customer service. However what ultimately prompted this unflattering review was the interaction with the owner Mike Larosa. Rather than demonstrating professionalism. Accountability, or concern for the customer experience , the response I received was shifted away from the issue at hand and became focused on attacking my character and personality. I invested over $8.000 in a landscaping project, expecting professional expertise in selecting plants that were appropriate for my property’s soil conditions and environment. Unfortunately, the plant selection was poor, and the landscape never delivered the continuous seasonal color and blooms that were discussed. I carefully followed all of the care instructions provided by the company. Despite that, five ornamental grasses died, and many of the remaining plants continue to struggle. Rather than standing behind their work or helping resolve the issue, the owner immediately blamed me for the problems. What disappointed me even more was his attitude. Mike was dismissive, rude, and arrogant throughout our interaction. Instead of listening to my concerns or offering solutions, he acted as though the failures were entirely my fault, despite my following their recommendations. A landscaping company should have not only the knowledge to recommend plants that are suitable for the local climate, soil, and site conditions.but also a good customer service experience and standing behind their work. That’s the expertise customers are paying for I chose this company because of its excellent ratings, but my experience was the complete opposite. Businesses have every right to disagree with customers but those disagreements should be handled with professionalism, respect, and a focus on the facts. I feel misled by the reviews, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

  We recently had our hardscape repaired/refurbished with LaRosa. Cruz and Simon did an excellent job! Very professional, friendly, hard working! Looks amazing! Highly recommend!

  La Rosa Landscape helped us create a true sanctuary in our backyard. They designed a beautiful space for us to enjoy, complete with pavers, landscaping, a pergola, and perfectly placed lighting. Michael, Amy, Kyle, along with his hardworking team, and Bob were just wonderful to work with from start to finish. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail shine through in every aspect of the project. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Thank you all for bringing our vision to life!

  We signed a contract in early spring to take care of our lawn mowing and landscape maintenance for all of 2025. We have been automatically charged for the service and paying on a monthly basis thru Nov. We were satisfied with the services until 4 weeks ago, when the lawn mowing just stopped without the company letting us know why. We called the company on Friday last week, and we are still waiting on a resolution. Meanwhile, the lawn keeps growing, and we have no way of cutting it ourselves. It appears La Rosa is good for large contracts and one time landscaping projects, but their continuing customer service for the smaller customers leaves a lot to be desired. We will not be renewing our contact next year.
