  I had a deck removed and replaced with a beautiful two level patio with water feature and fireplace, backyard drainage issues resolved and rock outcroppings to create gardens for planting. It completely transformed my backyard into an outdoor paradise that I now get so much use of, enjoy daily and love to show off! Everyone at Breckenridge was great to work with. Normally, I dread large home improvement projects because of problems and delays, not with Breckenridge, they gave me everything I wanted and more without the headaches. They were fun to work with, every day was exciting to see my new yard take shape!

  Super disappointing experience. Caught us at the Home and Garden show, take off of work so Craig could come and take a look and design a plan for us. Craig comes May 12, tells us it would be 3 to 5 days and he would email us some designs. Three weeks goes by. I called Breckenridge landscape talk to a receptionist. I told her my issue and how we haven’t been contacted. She said her or Jo would call me back. No one call me back. I waited three more days. I emailed Craig Olsen from the business card he gave me he never emailed us back. I called Breckenridge again and left two messages today May 7. I finally got a hold of Jo and boy was she rude she made it sound like I was the problem because they are super busy. First of all. It’s not my issue that they’re so busy then they should’ve told me that a my job was too small for them or may be too far for them to travel for the job. She then kept cutting me off and kept saying this is our busiest time of the year. She then started telling me a story how she had three people scheduled to come to her house once and one didn’t show up one contact her you would think that with that being in her past, she would try to make their customers feel important .Then she goes on saying that she emailed us yesterday a plan and I advised her I never received anything. She started reading off the email address and I told her it was wrong and then she said she would resend it to me and I haven’t gotten anything and that was over six hours ago. Did I mention she his ended the call and hung up! Well, I’m sorry I was trying to be a customer and I don’t know how they can do business like this. Unfortunately, if you go on their website, it says that communication is their number one priority. That’s a fail. When you call that our message is important to them that’s a lie. This has been a really disappointing experience, trying to keep calling and trying to get someone to answer you. This is the most unprofessional business.

  This company has been the most wonderful company to deal with - the designers, builders, staff have been intelligent, courteous, competent and super easy to work with. There was always someone to talk to, someone who was able to answer questions. So, so professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and in fact I already have!!

  Craig and the team at Breckenridge saw the potential with our backyard that we never did. He listened to our ideas, wants, and needs and created a thoughtful patio and landscape design that was perfect for us. The install crew was professional and never stopped moving when they were here. They were on time every day, and cleaned up the area each evening. All of our questions and any concerns that came up during the install were answered promptly and professionally.

  We had a pool installed 3 years ago. Breckenridge actually was our key to finding the necessary materials to build our pool deck. We knew nothing about permeable pavers, but that was besides the point. The design and workmanship was top notch and efficient. They were able to predict each phase of the plan with accuracy and add subtle touches to the design that were always on point! The team cleaned up after each day of work, which was just another feather in their cap!
