I've had regular maintenance and some system expansions and repairs done to our sprinkler system by Capital, and they've always been great. Easy to schedule with, they show up when they are supposed to, and all their people have done great work. Ryan did some work for us today, and fixed some things I hadn't even thought about, like the batteries in the rain detector. I highly recommend Capitol Lawn and Sprinkler.

I hate to leave bad reviews but the customer service was appalling. I can understand if techs make mistakes because we all do. But the customer service that followed up after our pipe broke was incredibly rude. The service tech forget to shut off 1/2 valves (I have cameras to show this), causing our pipes to break during the winterization process. CLS came out in the spring to fix the broken pipe and also charge us for it. I tried to show them that this was from them not shutting off the other valve but they refused to admit it and told us to find a plumber and also told us to find another sprinkler company. Clearly shows how little they value their customers and their work. Only giving 2 stars (instead of 1) because the techs are professional and pleasant to work with

Super expensive this year. Came after early freeze so $75 fee for using my hot water to unfreeze a line. $30 trip fee on top of a 10% increase from last year.
