To our great satisfaction, Alt’s Operation recently updated a variety of landscape items at our house. The work included spreading shredded bark and Mississippi River gravel in existing planting beds, adding a few new shrubs and perennials to our layout, repairing or resetting a few existing brick pavers, placing fresh sod over a large bare area in the front lawn, renovating an underground rainwater drainage pipe with a pop-up emitter, and surface cleaning the rock slabs of our water feature before starting the water flowing for spring. Kory and his team, comprised of very talented and experienced designers and landscapers, made sure all work was completed to our satisfaction in a timely manner. Kory’s professional methodology followed a progression beginning with his initial consultation, followed by a “Landscape Budgetary Analysis” with a description and photographs of proposed work areas. Before work began, a Contract with very clear and specific language describing the intended work and associated costs in a line item format was signed. We are very happy with the completed project! Alt’s Operation offers complete landscape service so we anticipate employing them for additional improvements and seasonal maintenance. Highly recommended!

The team did a fantastic job with the new pavers in our backyard! They had to raise up the ground, adjust our existing stairs, and lay down the new patio - and it all turned out amazing (and it only took a day and a half). Highly recommend Alt's if you want quality hardscaping work! We're very happy with the end result.

We cannot say enough good things about the entire Alt’s Operation team!!! We hired them to help with landscaping and hardscaping at our new home. They were incredibly patient with us during the design process to make sure all of our questions were answered and provided helpful recommendations throughout the process based on their years of experience that helped us ensure we felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. The crew that helped turn the design into reality was incredibly professional, timely, and communicative. And following the completion of the project, the team reached out several times making sure everything was to our liking. Would highly recommend!!

We redid our front stairs to remove failing wooden stairs and to install new concrete stairs. We also added a decorative stone patio next to the stairs to provide a seating area. Kevin was excellent to work with and showed tremendous knowledge and attention to details with the materials, and measurements with plan options. We were able to make a budget friendly decision that ended up surpassing our hopes for the landscaping project. Don was on site to do construction and similarly showed hard work and attention to details along with daily communication. It was a great experience!
