A previous review criticised Createscape for an error on a delivery of topsoil. Clearly an error was made and that can be frustrating. For me a measure of a reputable company is not them being error free but there actions to resolve the error so the post seems pretty unfair to me My experience with Createscape has been on going for 22 years. Missy did my original consultation on new construction and listened intently. She incorporated our wishes and honestly gave us counsel if she thought she had a better alternatives. She drew a wonderful plan that had awesome scale and plant/tree selection. We also had Createscape install our new lawn and they continue to be our choice for weed control and fertilizer services. During our installation Missy stopped by often to see the progress and answer questions. To this day 22 years later the design has withstood the test of time and looks great. A few years ago we decided to install an in ground pool. Again Createscape to the rescue. She drew out our hardscape shape, installed a new back paver stoop and new poolside beds. We love it! Interestingly I ran into Missy doing a project in our neighborhood today. I mentioned to her I had a loose paver on my 5 year old stoop and what product would be best to repair. Low and behold, later that day a Createscape employee was at my door and quickly did the repair. So appreciated! My experience with this company and particularly Missy has been outstanding and couldn't recommend them more highly

If I could give zero stars, I would. It's ironic that a landscaping company actually made my yard look worse than it was after completing the "job." My family hired Createscape for a simple job at my home: drop off topsoil in a designated spot in the yard. The location was confirmed in email correspondence the office manager drew up. Createscape's employee failed to follow directions and dropped the topsoil in the opposite side of the front yard, creating unnecessary disturbance to an area that was just fine as it is. Rather than take accountability for the error, the office manager initially stated there was nothing more that could be done. Eventually, she agreed to have the worker come out and move the topsoil to the appropriate spot in the yard. In doing so, the worker completely ripped up the grass. While she did state this could happen, one would think, given the extent of damage, they would do the right thing and at least place seed in the impacted area to take steps toward bringing it back to its original condition -- which, again, I must reiterate, was perfect as it was. Nope! I'm shocked at the office manager's cavalier attitude, unwillingness to take accountability and troubleshoot and demonstration of atrociously poor customer service. I'm quite surprised she's in the position she's in. I will be in need of landscaping services in the next several years. Needless to say, I will not be contacting this company again and will be looking elsewhere. Anyone in the market for landscaping work, beware: If Createscape does not complete a job to the originally agreed upon specifications, odds are they will not correct the problem.

Designed our yard to resemble a woodland area. Something blooming all the time. 20 years and we still love it.

Spoke with Missy regarding fixing a flagstone patio. She was so informative and pleasant and gave me great information to make the right decision. She was very honest as far as cost. Though we probably will do this ourselves now that we have great feedback, I will definitely call Createscape for future projects. Thank you, Missy ,for your insight and honesty.

There’s that old song with the lyrics “don’t know what you got ‘til it’s gone”. I feel that way about Missy and Createscape. I used them for many years for lawn and bed maintenance and couldn’t have been more pleased. I also hired her to do some major landscaping with beds, plantings and a complete rebuild of an improperly installed retaining wall. The ask was loads of color across all seasons. The results were magnificent! Here is where the lyrics come in…shortly after the huge project was done I had to relocate out of state for work. I trust and hope the new owners are enjoying it and caring for it. I have a great company I work with in my new home state but what Missy and her crews provided over the years cannot be matched. The photos are from just after the work was completed so nothing was blooming yet. Wish I could see it now.
