Just started to use them this year and so far I have been super impressed and pleased with the customer service, prompt communication and quality of service. I have already noticed a massive improvement in the lawn. I saw how much time and effort was put into spraying the lawn and was impressed to see him walking around with backpack sprayer to focus on the nasty weed areas. I just didn't get that with my last lawn service provider. I'm a stickler on communication and loved the prompt responses and heads up on when spraying was being performed and when they were finished. Looking forward to seeing how the lawn looks after the first season. Already recommending them to others.

Initially I had some hesitation on which company to choose, however now I am certain that I made a correct decision. The horrible yard full of weeds is now turned Green only after 2-3 applications. They are also very responsive and well organized!

We are very happy we chose Lawn Doctor at our new house! They have demonstrated great service and are very knowledgeable with explaining treatments and recommendations. They are very nice people to work with and have good pricing with their services and treatments.

They came when they said they would let me know i was next to be serviced took their time fertilizing and spraying for mosquitoes. I'm not sure if treated for individual weeds in the lawn 🤔 but then sent follow up email regarding what had been done on this appointment and responded quickly to my lawn watering question. So far I am satisfied with the service and results to date.

Recently I contacted the Lawn Doctor and requested a quote for their services. Alex immediately took all the information needed and promptly provided me with a quote. She was able to answer all my questions quickly and efficiently. I am now a client of theirs. If their lawn services are as good as the introductory admin services, I will be a long-time customer. Thank you Alex!
