I’ve had Naturescape service out yard for many years for both our lawn care and mosquito services. Kati, Dan, and John always do absolute quality work! They are incredibly efficient with their time, professional, and respectful of our property. I always appreciate when they come by to service our lawn, it looks fantastic and we can actually enjoy our mosquito free yard. Thank you all for the outstanding work!

The lawn has never looked so full and thick. There are still some areas that may need additional treatment, but this Is from years of less than professional service, especially on North side of yard.. very pleased with first year of lawn care.

We used nature scape at our pewaukee home for a few years, iam not impressed. We bought the packages weed and feed/aeration coupled with misquote spray always pre paid up front. The one plus is that I in fact did not have weeds, the pros stop there. Too many cons... My grass does not look better in any way after 3 years of service, one could say it looks worse. Customer service is lacking to say the least, I literally offered more money for additional services to get my lawn looking fuller richer and I could not get a person to physically come meet me to see what they could do. Can not get a phone call to tell me when they would come for annual services ,would have been great for us to pick up dog toys etc , instead of the feild tech spraying them. They would miss mosquitoe spray dates, call them to hear i dont know when we can come???? Wrong answer iam out for 2026, not using this company moving forward

My wife and I get out yard fertilized through the growing season by Nature Scape. They are reliable, timely, attentive to our thoughts and concerns. Their service is outstanding and we often receive compliments on our lawn. We highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

I used their lawn service for 3 1/2 years and prices are fair and competitive. My neighbor and I noticed the last two seasons that we had a lot more weeds and issues than prior years. Not sure if something changed with the materials they now use or issues with the application technicians. Specifically the edges and perimeters of my lawn had a lot of weeds developing. I did have several spots throughout the lawn as well. Based on that I made the switch to another service this season. The new service is priced competitively and adds a nice customer service that NatureScape does not provide. The new service sends you a confirmation the day prior to showing up to treat your lawn. That is very helpful to ensure you can have things removed from your lawn prior to the service and also to make any requested changes to the treatment. In my case, I chose not to renew NatureScape's service this year. They claimed I authorized them over the phone back in Jan/Feb to do service this season. However I never received any communication or confirmations of this. They showed up unannounced and applied a treatment, just a few days after my new service did. Had they had a policy of communicating with their clients (and this former client) it would have avoided an unfortunate situation.
