  From start to finish the design team, project manager, and the crew members were fantastic. The first landscaping design meeting with Brad Baker went very well. We requested a few changes and added a few things so the project was sent back to the design team. Within a weeks time we had the project back for our approval. Our start date was set for sometime in June weather permitting. Because a lot of rain delayed some of the projects set before ours they were ready to start ours the end of July. We pushed the date back to sometime in August because we were going to be gone on vacation. That worked out to be a perfect time to start our work. The crew members, Jorge, Alex, and Felipe were very skilled, friendly, and willing to make small changes as they worked. We, as the owners, made a poor choice on the color of paving bricks and didn't notice the color until they had almost all of the brick laid. After talking to Brad, he came out to the house right away to see what could be done. After a few phone calls and a visit by us to a different paver distributor.... the problem was solved. This meant the crew had to completely dismantle the pavers and start all over again with the new pavers. They did this with a smile! When all the landscaping was completed they started on the new lawn. New dirt, leveling, seeding, and covering with a straw mat. Then it was our job to water it and watch it grow! Brad came back again to check on how the grass was growing. There were a few bad spots so he sent another guy up to reseed the lawn. After a few months Brad followed up to see how the grass looked and said he would stop up in the spring and perhaps do a little overseeding if necessary. I can't say enough about the Design Team, Brad Baker, Jorge, Alex, and Filipe. I would recommend them to all of our friends!

  Great service! They always call to let me know they'll be there the next day, so I can make a plan for my pup. Katrina came today to do the application, and she was so nice! She was there early am, so I shoo'd my dog outside to pee quick, because I knew she wouldn't be able to go out again for a few hours. Katrina stopped the machine, took out her earplugs and wallked closer to me, to make sure all was good. I told her yes, all good! Just trying to get the dog to pee quick. She said all good, and went back to work. I love that she stopped to check! Great service!

  June 4, 2026: I've been working with Brad on my home landscaping project (BIG in my world of projects!) since last summer. And now the project is in its final day! I knew I would choose Lowney's from the moment your receptionist answered my call requesting an estimate. She was professional and friendly. And then after talking with Brad during his first walk around, again, very professional and friendly. Then the yard crew (Alberto, Jesus, and Bernadillo) came 3 weeks ago and will be completing this huge plan today. They've been absolutely awesome! Very hard workers, and enjoy creating my little paradise. Happy workers are good workers, for sure! I hope you pay them well, because they sure are doing a fantastic job! I just want to say how wonderful it has been working with all of Lowney's people. There aren't enough nice words to express how lucky I feel to have contacted you. (Brad tells me that there is a drawing for the best crew, and I put my vote in for Alberto's team!!). Thanks You!! Have a great summer, I know I WILL!!

  I had a good experience shopping for trees here in mid-May. Very nice specimens to choose from, altho' more expensive than other local nurseries, and a nice, helpful salesperson. I picked out two trees. They were tagged, and I told the person assisting me that I had a landscaper friend who would pick them up and plant them. However, that person was not available until after June 1. They agreed to hold the trees. I took pictures of them, and was assured that they would be well cared for during the ensuing 2 weeks. I specifically asked about that, because I know once a tree is purchased, it is often set aside and sometimes forgotten. When that day came, my planter went to pick up the trees, and they were BONE DRY. They were in 15-gallon pots, but he could lift them with one hand. One of the trees was SEVERELY stressed, with brown dead, curling dried leaves all over. It looked NOTHING like the tree I had paid for! And I paid a lot! It should never have left the lot - Lowney's should have refunded my purchase or ordered me a fresh tree. If I had looked at this ugly specimen in mid-May, I would have walked out of the place!! After watering, it perked up a little overnight, but that did nothing for the dead, dropping brown leaves. The first picture is at the nursery in May; second picture is the tree I got this week. Subsequent pictures show the damage. I called the day after the trees were planted. Lowney's offered to get me a new tree IF this one died, but did not offer to refund any portion of the purchase price, neither now nor later. We are unable to do the planting ourselves, and my landscaper is booked up for the rest of the entire growing season. I will NOT pay for Lowney's to replant it, as it was their neglect that caused the tree damage. I am hoping for the sake of all the extra hassle involved, that this tree will come back to life. If not, either a refund or FREE planting of a new, fresh, healthy tree would be acceptable. All of that being said, I do appreciate their willingness to make it right. They were very courteous.

  Our entire experience from design to execution was great! We had a hill with rocks that kept falling into our patio. Brad and team helped us design a better solution that was more functional and looks great. Matt and his team did a great job installing the retaining wall and answered all of our questions throughout the process. The end result was better than we envisioned. We will definitely contact Lowney’s for future projects and recommend them to our family and friends.
