Today visited milaegers .This family company does an amazing job . They really take great care of their employees and customers . The products they offer really Make a house a home for everyone . Wide variety and selection . i go there to relax and just enjoy everything beautiful . It’s a very nice store . They have the best flowers ( real and fake ) . I have always loved flowers ,but Fake flowers are very real to me and They last forever . I have been a very loyal shopper at milagers for 21+yrs . The picks below is the arrangement of flowers I put together over the past 3 yrs (enjoy ) .ive done a couple fake flowers arrangements when I visit milaegers and then my mom is always so happy with it , she buys it and really enjoys it .ive had a few customers even say it looks nice when im walking around with it in the store . I’ve done some big arrangements of flowers , the right vase is a major to finding the right flowers . I’ve never shared how I do it but why not ( my mom says I’m really really good at it , she loves shopping with me) . ( I taught my mom how to make her own flower arrangements .) The steps to it . 1. Find the right vase 2. Base the flowers colors to that vase design /color 2. Build with the bigger flowers first with the lighter colors ( I do 5 of those) 3. Then the medium size can be a mix of 2 colors with different flower shapes (I do 4 of those ) 4. Then the smaller size is the best part it completes the array of design - i always do the smaller flowers 3 to 4 colors with more color combination ( i do 2 - you can do 3) . ( you know what nice too , if you have milaegers rewards , you get up to 500 points , you get a $20 coupon , it can really add up fast) The flowers prices differs . But it’s worth it . You can do this with real flowers too but I prefer fake flowers , you can do so much more . Flowers make a home so beautiful and refreshing . I hope this little flower arrangement I share encourages others to be creative ,go buy some flowers to cheer you up and treat your self to a day of fun , shop local and support family business .

I love this place and have been getting my plants from here for years. If you want high quality plants to grow very well, get them from here. Anywhere else I've tried over the years, my plants would die too soon. The selection here is unbeatable. They have a fantastic indoor greenhouse year round. And their boutique shop is large and full of beautiful things. A lot of it is very pricey, though. Plants are priced reasonably and they're worth it. Boutique items are high quality.

Well kept, healthy, colorful plants. Beautiful large baskets. I've been to both Milaeger's in the Racine area and this one in Douglas blows the other one away. Friendly staff as well.

Incomparable selection of annuals. I found annuals I couldn't find anywhere else. Absolutely worth making a day trip. Prices are a little high, but absolutely worth it for the selection. Beautifully designed annual combination planters. If you're on a budget, shop their excellent selection of 3.5" annual pots, which don't include as many specialty items but still offer tons of great plants to choose from!
