Leann Kass and Sydney Stigler are always joys to talk to. They provide great quality customer service. The branch manager and assistant manager are also two great people to work with. Highly recommend have used them at two houses.

We have had Naturescape for years! We are very satisfied with them. Neighbors compliment our yard and ask who we have service it. Also, whenever there is a concern, they are quick to address it. Totally satisfied!

Don't even waste your time or money at this place. Nothing but incompetent people work here. They send a text , sometimes, night before I was informed from beginning you can reply to cancel or change. Three times I didn't want them here but they show up anyway. And one time the kid had no idea where he was supposed to spray so didn't do over half of what was supposed to be done. I asked from the start to call before coming so I could make sure dog is inside. Sure no problem they tell me not one time did they do it. How hard is it to make a 30 second call to tell someone your heading to their house wether it be 3 minutes or 3 hours. Sprayed for mesiqutoes one morning and hour and half later it rained. They claimed oh it won't wash away. Maybe the rain here is different because it didn't do anything to keep mesiqutoes away. But yet they want to bill for service's you didn't want, requested not to come, an for a service that was done before rain and only getting partial of the service. Go with a different company!!!!!!! **You'll get a response from the "owner" to email them to discuss but don't expect a reply anytime soon***

I have been very happy with Naturescape. I have used them for many years. This year I had some weeds that after 2 weeks were still visible. I called them and they came back within a few days. Now my lawn looks great

We've been with NS for years. This year we paid for 5 weed applications. They came in April and May. End of June we noticed a TON of weeds. We called twice to complain and get someone out to spray. A week later our lawn turned brown, and grass died leaving large patched of dirt. It got to a point where we had to document daily calls. The manager Jarrod REFUSED to return my calls. A couple people I DID speak to tried to tell me it was a bug or worm problem. Own up to your mistake... It would have made things so much easier After threatening legal action, I FINALLY got a call from "Craig" at corporate. They did an aeration and double seeding. A month oh daily watering. Hate to see my water bill. 3 weeks later our lawn is green, WITH CRAB GRASS AND DANDILIONS.
