Incredible experience with Olsons’s Outdoor Power. Purchased a Gravely ZT lawn mower today after shopping around quite a bit with other brands and businesses. I walked into Olson’s simply to see what Gravely’s looked and felt like in person. My mind was actually set on another brand from a competitor but that all changed after talking with the kind staff at Olson’s. Neil approached me within a minute or two to ask if he could help answer any questions. He was extremely helpful, genuine, and accommodating. I decided after about 5 minutes of talking with him that I wanted to give this family owned business my business. There was zero pressure whatsoever for me to purchase anything. Just fair, honest, and friendly people (and dogs). The golden retriever that climbed up on the mower to greet me should get a pay raise too 😂. They even squeezed me in to get my mower delivered the next day. As someone who does a ton of research and has significant buyers remorse, I’ve never been more confident in a purchase in a very long time. Give them your business, you won’t regret it.

Once again the Olson's team really came through with a thorough service call, friendly people at the front desk to take all information and made my lawn mower down time minimal. The cost for all work done was fair..Grass cutting was even and thorough.Olson's keeps Golden Gate Landscaping working on the lawn! Thank you!

My snowblower found a loose brick and one of the blades was destroyed. I called on Olson's to pick it up (and drop it back off), replace the blade and get it tuned up while they have it. It has never run better and works perfect, at a very reasonable price.
