Garett was very professional and to the point. He listened to my requests and I felt he followed every thing I asked of him. My lawn has been neglected for a year. I already see a great improvement in the weed control. I was also contacted by a company supervisor to follow up on my recent lawn care service. I’m new to Naturescape and hopefully things keep going this smoothly. I did ask if Garett could stay my representative and was assured they would try depending on the company workload. I’m so glad my neighbor recommended them to me.

We've used Naturescape over the last 6 years at our current house and couldn't be happier with the service, price, and customer support. We had been customers at our old house and one of the first things we did when we moved was to sign up again for our new home. Very nice people who care about our satisfaction.

They should start by teaching their drivers to learn how to drive. Especially when they are cutting people off the road in a truck with company logos. Truck 141 to be exact. Nearly killed me and just kept going like who cares. Yet they care about your lawn. Yea ok. Careful people

Their customer service is without parallel and the pricing is very fair. I've spent many years treating my lawn myself, and after a single year of their applications I can tell a marked improvement in my otherwise problematic lawn. Strongly recommend their services.

I had stopped using Naturescape for a few years due to frequent service and quality issues. I decided to give them a second chance thinking things had changed with new management and their claim to guarantee customer satisfaction. I was wrong. At first, things were going well, then a shift occurred in the last year. I found myself having to call the branch office more frequently about services not being performed properly or not at all. Most recently, the snow removal service has been a nightmare. The techs show up and don't read the notes for my property. The instructions are clear, NO SALT on the (new) driveways and front door walkway. Only salt the sidewalk. Never fails, they always haphazardly pour salt everywhere! They have new techs coming and going and not properly trained. On several occasions, the branch manager came out to finish the work. As I am writing this review, I have a driveway full of snow and no attempt has been made to remove it. Furthermore, Naturescape had the audacity to send me an invoice for snow removal services on 3/16. I immediately contacted the office, spoke to a representative and sent photos of the snow in the driveway. I was assured a tech would be out to remove the snow last night. As of 5:45am, 3/17 there is still snow in my driveway. Needless to say, I will no longer use any Naturescape services going forward. They claim to care about customer satisfaction, yet they don't demonstrate it. No effort by management to follow up or make it right. Naturescape, you have failed to live up to your promise and now you have lost a customer for good. I would have rated no stars, if that was an option.
