Showpiece Lawns

Have been using their annual lawn service for at least 5 years now, and the year-on-year improvement in my lawn has been nothing short of remarkable. I personally have no issue with the lack of pre-scheduling, they come, treat the lawn and are gone. I follow the detailed instructions they leave (how long to stay off the grass, what length to mow the grass etc.) with the treatment info and all is good. When you add up the cost of the treatments you would buy yourself and factor in the time it takes to do, Showpiece is providing an excellent value for money. They've now transitioned to electronic payment options too, which would previously have been my only gripe!

Wow, we are so impressed! We’ve never had a lawn care service but the job is too much to tackle for us now. Kevin was highly recommended by our neighbors and I can’t believe the difference it’s made already. He’s responsive and helpful. Absolutely worth every penny.

Kevin had done an amazing job giving our lawn new life. We are only on the second treatment and weeds are already dying allowing new grass growth. We also have trusted him and our dog loves the new fresh grass growth.

We have been using Showpiece for the past 4.5 years we've owned our home, inheriting them from the last homeowner. Our lawn looks amazing and we have had no issues. They let you know what you are getting each time.

We had adopted a lab puppy from a rescue in the middle of summer and I called Showpiece and left message (because they don’t answer their phones) asking that they call the night before they come because I wanted to have plans for our puppy to go elsewhere for the day our lawn is treated. They showed up one morning without a call the night before as asked (they called that morning). I stopped them from starting treatment and let the owner Kevin know my disappointment for not receiving a call the night before. I voiced my concern about our dog being on the grass right after the treatment and he was extremely rude. He admitted that he heard my request re: a call and said that they call either the night before or the morning of and dismissed my concern about exposing the dog to contaminants. I said that I didn’t want treatment that day and would like them to come back after I had made arrangements for the dog and he said he wouldn’t be back. He was extremely demeaning and didn’t take into consideration his customers wants. Although he says it’s safe for the dog to be on the grass the same day, I don’t agree with him and it’s my dog and my lawn. He is arrogant and tough to deal with. There are so many other lawn services that treat their customers who pay their salary, - with R E S P E C T!!!! I would NOT recommend Showpiece Lawn Service. No concern for customers wishes. It all about them!
