Our homeowners association contracted with this company for snow removal. On the 10th of December 2025, I was at home and heard Skierka's crew snow blowing the sidewalks of our community. When they cleared my sidewalk, I heard two loud bumps against the building. After they left, I found damage to my siding that was not present the day before. Since our board of directors handles exterior maintenance, I notified them of the issue along with a photo. They contacted Skierka's notifying them of the damage, multiple times according to the board, with no return call. We requested repair by the 1st of June 2026. As of today, August 19, 2026, another call from the board, no reply from this company and no repair. The damage to the siding is at a corner where rain runs down the side of the building. During the last significant rainfall, I found water seeping into the open area of the siding. They always were prompt and did a fairly good job clearing the snow so I am baffled as to why they refuse to take ownership of damage that their employee caused. Lastly, I wrote this same review on their Facebook page only to find that they not only deleted it but blocked me from their page. This implies to me that they only want your money, but take no responsibility for their mistakes and act in an unprofessional manner regarding unfavorable reviews. I do not recommend this company for snow removal services.

Absolutely ridiculous, a manager of a local business whom we cannot shovel our parking lot ourselves due to it being too big. When we have a winter storm with multiple feet of snow and we have to call numerous times to have our parking lot plowed and they ignore our calls time and time again after telling us they’ll come and take care of it. When you choose to ignore your paying customers, it does not set a good tone for professionalism. Absolutely do not support this business.
