I want to thank TruGreen and lawn care specialist Dan who paid a visit this past Wednesday, July 1 to address brown spots in our lawn. He was very thorough in his professional explanation of the issue and provided recommendations on how best to address it. He also offered a complementary granular fertilizer application to address the immediate issue which was completed on the same day. We have used TruGreen as our lawn service provider for many years and appreciate the service they provide and their customer service..

Second year of their service. They burned a small section of the lawn in 2025. For 2026 they decided to one-up themselves and well….see pics. When I called to cancel they offered everything, including cutting my price in half, but resisted the cancellation. I ended up simply repeating my request to every new attempt. I said I never wanted anyone from Trugreen to ever touch my lawn again and they seemed to take that as a challenge. The next day, someone else called and tried again. I also requested a refund but have small hope that will happen.

Our lawn looks great, our trees and scrubs look great, we’ve tried ourselves but contracting with Trugreen is the reason we have a beautiful yard.

Update: I’ve had two applications so far and one tree shrub fertilizer Awesome company to keep your lawn at its best. This was the first year of me using tru green to maintain my lawn. Excellent workmanship by Daniel Wise. He informed me ahead of time what was being applied. I’m very pleased with TruGreen services. Picture shows my dandelion filled neighbors lawn and my Tru Green lawn. No complaints here!!
